Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist
I have been working as a soft tissue massage therapist since 1995. Originally I trained as a Sports Massage Therapist, but gradually have moved away from this into the field of clinical and chronic pain. I’ve trained at Portsmouth and Eastleigh Colleges, and Oxford University. Most recently I’m in my 2nd year of a BTEC 6 degree (the highest level in Massage in the UK) at Jing Advanced School of Massage in Brighton.
I am married and mum of three grown up sons (who I’ve had to fix on many occasions), and now look after my elderly mum and her arthritic pains. I also work closely with GYM01 Fitness and Mixed Martial Arts Gym. The service I offer is a warm, friendly and approachable for all age groups from 9 – 90!
I enjoy keeping fit with walking and weight bearing exercises, and getting myself a treatment whenever I can.

I recommend I see you for 2 – 6 treatments. There should be a drop in pain after the first treatment (most of the time this is the case, but sometimes the pain increases before it gets better), and a significant change by the 3rd for clinical and chronic conditions.
